What is a Business Plan?
Our Business plan is an offering tier within a Standard plan subscription. It includes all the benefits of the Standard plan and product enhancements.
Its features include Single Sign-On (SSO), unlimited Workspace storage, and priority customer support. You’ll also have a dedicated Customer Success Manager to help you whenever you need it.
Our Support Team will reply within 24 hours during normal Sketch business hours. Additionally, we are able to assist with advanced security reviews, custom terms, and invoicing payment methods.
How can I sign up for a Business Plan?
Customers who have a shared Workspace are eligible for the Business Plan. Please contact us if you are interested in receiving the extra benefits the Business Plan can offer.
As this plan is not self-served, we will evaluate your needs and work out a solution that best fits your company.
How does billing work?
The Business Plan is currently offered only to accounts with a shared Workspace and our Yearly subscription. After we’ve discussed your company’s needs and the terms are agreed upon, we’ll create and provide you with an invoice. If new Editors are added after the agreed terms, a new invoice will be generated using the terms of the initial agreement.
Is there a minimum seat requirement for a Business Plan?
The Business Plan requires a minimum of 25 editors within your shared Workspace.
